Gain more from your Bing Shopping

Do you have an online store? And maybe you’re already experiencing great results on Microsoft Bing? New interesting opportunities have emerged to get even more out of your Microsoft Bing advertising.

As something new, Bing Shopping has become available in Denmark and Norway. This was previously reserved for the Swedish market in Scandinavia.

The Shopping section works almost the same way as you probably already know it from Google Shopping, where you need a Merchant Center and a shopping feed.

Bing Shopping benefits

The number of searches on Bing is significantly lower than on Google, which for many industries means it is possible to get a much lower CPC rate as well as conversions with higher ROAS. This is because the competition on keywords is significantly lower than on Google Ads.

If you look at Bing in the Nordics, they have a market share of about 10%, so even though there are significantly fewer searches, there are still a notable number of searches on Bing, which also includes impressions on Yahoo and AOL.

At the moment, very few have joined the Shopping section in Bing. Therefore, there are good opportunities to profit from this, with high impressions, shares and lower CPC prices due to lower competition.

If we look at other countries where they have offered Bing Shopping for a long time, they have experienced on average 45% higher CTR (Click Through Rate), 30% lower CPC price and 40% lower CPA compared to Google Shopping.

In addition to Denmark and Norway, Finland and Ireland are also on the list of countries where Bing Shopping is now available.
