In 2020 Facebook presented a new management platform to make it easier for small businesses to manage their digital platforms. Facebook Business Suite is therefore a supplement to Facebook Business Manager, where both Facebook and Instagram can be managed. Business Suite is made by Facebook to make it easier for users to manage their platforms. First and foremost, the platform can help users save time, because you can manage posts and adjust your campaigns on both Facebook and Instagram. There is also created a feature where companies can access their private messages and other notifications together – this creates an easy way to stay up to date and keep in touch with your customers. In addition, it is easy to see your results in the Business Suite and get an overview in the function ‘Facebook and Instagram Insights’, where you can learn more about your customers and what works in the company’s marketing.
Now that it is possible to do all things in one place, you no longer have to move across ‘Pages Manager’ and ‘Creator Studio’, among others. Previously it was easy to access your messages, but now we find that it is even easier for companies to stay up to date on their inbox, because the messages are collected in the normal drift workflow. In addition, you can create automated answers to save time if you experience a lot of similuar questions.
The new platform has a clear, easy-to-understand layout, where you can access your analyzes of both Facebook and Instagram. In the new system, you can access these at ‘Creator Studio’, where you can get an overview of your data. One of the new inititives is that you to a greater extent can gain insight into video and performance, which the ordinary Facebook Business Manager does not focus on in its data overwiev to the same extent. Your data is set up clearly and you can easier compare how your company perform on Instagram vs. Facebook. This will provide you with better insight in the future, on where you should place your advertising dollars.
Personally, we love the new layout, but similar to all design, it is of course very individual what you prefer. If you are already well established with Facebook Business Manager and feel as if it works for you and your company, then you should of course – use the tool that you feel most comfortable with.
